Application Submission
- Applications are made available for distribution by April.
- SNCDT office will be available to assist potential applicants with completing the application and answering all questions.
- Applications are due by the last business day of June at 4:30 p.m.
Review Process
- The Initial Review determines application eligibility and incomplete applications.
- Applications with missing information are given 10 business days to submit the required documents. Information received past the deadline deems your application as incomplete and will not move forward for consideration.
- Once applications are finalized the Board of Trustees receive the applications and the scoring of applications begin.
Community Presentations
- Each applicant is required to complete a presentation of the application submitted to better promote their proposed project.
- The presentation is open to Community.
- Community input is welcomed.
- Presentations are completed on a weekend in September or October.
Final Decisions
- The Board of Trustees complete scoring applications individually.
- The Board of Trustees come together to calculate scores and discuss each application.
- Successful and unsuccessful applicants are notified by the end of November.
